If you have a Pay account, the funds will automatically appear in your Pay balance. If you are an existing OKX user without a Pay account, you'll need to follow the Pay onboarding process to activate Pay. Then, the funds will automatically appear in your Pay balance. If you're a non-OKX user, you'll need to create a OKX account and a Pay account. Only then, the funds will automatically appear in your Pay balance. Go to Google Password Manager Find the passkey(s) for OKX Pay with the prefix "OKX Pay (Date)" and delete it. Find the passkey(s) Delete the passkey(s) Once deleted, return to the OKX Pay app. You will be prompted to create a new Pay passkey. After creating the new Pay Passkey, reach out to Customer Support and request a Pay Passkey reset for your account. No network fees for deposits You don’t need to pay any fees when depositing crypto into your OKX account. The withdrawal fee is always paid by the withdrawing party, not the receiving party. For example, if an individual (can be you or someone else) deposits crypto into your OKX account, you don’t need to pay the fee.
